John Meis, DDS, FAGD, DICOI is a fourth-generation dentist and trusted mentor to over 4,439 dental practitioners. He’s an international speaker, mentor, coach, and author. He is an innovator in the areas of practice management and marketing as well as the development of leaders and their teams. He is the Co-Founder and CEO of TheTeam Training Institute, the CEO of SmartChoice DSO, and the CEO of Spark DentalNetwork.

As a dentist, Dr. Meis excelled as a top 1% producer in the United States. His practice tripled in just four short years -- multiplying one practice into an astonishing twelve. Wendy Briggs

Wendy Briggs, RDH is a practicing hygienist, strategic advisor, speaker, trainer, consultant, coach, product developer, and author. She is the President and Founder of Hygiene Diamonds as well as the President and Co-Founder of The Team Training Institute.

Dr. Len Tau

Drs. Dick & Michael Davenport

Opening his private practice in 1990, Dr. Davenport had grown to three associates (including his son, Dr. Matthew Davenport), three hygienists in an eight operatory office. His second office was added in 2016.

In 2018, Dr. Davenport began working with The Team Training Institute and in just the first year, he grew his revenue $1.1 million, increased profit by 50%, and increased the value of the business by more than 50%.

At the 2025 Summit, Drs. Dick and Michael Davenport will be sharing more about their story and the details of how they have continued to grow and improve the practice every year.

Heather Driscoll

Heather Driscoll is the Director of Group Practices & Special Markets at The Team Training Institute and the Co-Founder of the Spark Dental Network. She's been a leader in the dental community since the early 2000’s.  At the end of 2017, she followed her entrepreneurial spirit and co-founded Smart Choice Dentistry with Dr. John Meis, a small Dental Service Organization (DSO).

Previously, she served as the Vice President of Operations for Mortenson Dental Partners. She was responsible for the daily operations and leadership development in 120+ practices throughout the United States and was responsible for over $175 M annual patient care revenue.

Heather has supported over 50 practices throughout the US and Canada with personalized business coaching, leadership and team development.

Julie Humphries

With 25 years of experience in the dental field, Julie Humphries is a dedicated Registered Dental Hygienist and Practice Manager at Shelby Dental Care Center, an independently owned, thriving six-doctor practice in Shelby, North Carolina.

Nestled between Charlotte and Asheville, Shelby Dental Care Center generates an impressive annual revenue of $8.2 million and is supported by a dynamic, skilled team of 40 professionals under Julie's leadership. Shelby Dental Care Center is a unique masterpiece because of the systems and processes that The Team Training Institute has helped to implement over the years. Julie has served alongside the coaching team of TTI and obtained her FFAADOM through the American Academy Of Dental Office Managers in 2019.

Dr. Lindsey Zeboski

Dr. Lindsey Zeboski lives and practices in North Platte, Nebraska and is the owner of White House Dentistry.  She graduated from Creighton University School of Dentistry in 2013. She is proud to say that she has been able to maintain a thriving FFS, by-referral-only practice.

She is a Platinum Invisalign Provider and the top Invisalign provider in her area. She has been a KOL for the American Academy of Clear Aligners for 7 years and was awarded her Fellowship in 2022.  Dr. Zeboski has found a way  to combine all of her greatest passions - traditional orthodontics, Invisalign, laser, functional esthetics and airway development - to create a unique offering to her patients. She describes herself as a lifelong learner and enjoys teaching and helping others.

Dr. Greg Pitts

Greg G. Pitts DDS is a practice owner in American Fork, UT. He attended Creighton Dental School, earning his DDS in 1999, and upon graduation, returned to Utah and established his dental practice that same year. He’s a member of the ADA, AGD, UDA and American Academy of Sport Dentistry, and currently serves as the official dentist for the BYU and UVU athletic departments.

His family has grown along with his dental practice. He and his wife Melisa have four beautiful daughters and live in Highland. In addition to interacting with patients, he enjoys riding his Harley on scenic Utah roads, mountain biking the Porcupine Rim in Moab, or skiing in waist-deep powder on the slopes at Deer Valley.

Bert Triche, RDH

Bert Triche is a highly experienced Certified Hygiene Coach at The Team Training Institute with 12 years of expertise.

With a background of 31 years in the same dental practice, initially as a hygienist and later as OM/Treatment Coordinator, Bert brings a wealth of knowledge to her role.

When not working, Bert enjoys sunbathing and spending time with her family. What Bert loves most about her job is witnessing the growth and learning of dental practices and helping them deliver higher levels of service, ultimately positively impacting patient care.

At the 2025 Summit, Bert will be leading a session on how to improve case acceptance for periodontal services in your practice.

Paige Hood, RDH

Paige Hood is a highly experienced Registered Dental Hygienist with 29 years of practice in California and Utah and a Certified Hygiene Coach with The Team Training Institute.

With certifications in Hygiene Laser and a Bachelor's degree in Science, Paige brings a wealth of knowledge to her role.

Outside of work, she enjoys boating, skiing, and traveling, embracing an active and adventurous lifestyle. What truly drives Paige is the opportunity to help hygienists and team members become better versions of themselves, which fuels her passion for her job as a TTI Coach.

At the 2025 Summit, Paige will be leading a session on simple ways to expand care for child patients.
